1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (up to)
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg ground,whole
1/4 Cup Raisin (dunk in wiskey)
4 Apples peeled, cored, sliced
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1/3 Cup Yogurt low-fat

1. Core apples and remove top inch of peel.

2. Make a shallow out through skin around center of each apple to prevent skin from bursting.

3. Place apples upright in baking dish or pie plate.

4. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg.

5. Spoon into centers of each apple. Add water to cover bottom of dish.

6. Bake, uncovered in 375 F for 25 to 30 minutes for less firm apples and up to 50 minutes for firm varieties or until apples are tender when pierced with a toothpick.

7. Combine the yogurt and maple syrup to make the sauce.
