Baked Apples

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (up to)
6 Granny Smith Apples such as rome or macintosh
1 Dash Salt pepper to taste,
1 Cup Sugar (or less, to taste)
2 Tablespoons Flour seasoned with salt

Directions:

1. Wash and core apples; do not peel.

2. Place in shallow baking dish: add water to 1/2 depth.

3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.

4. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt with enough water to make a smooth paste.

5. Fill core cavity with butter, pour sauce over apples and bake another 20 minutes.
