Baked Beans Supreme

Ingredients:

1 Onion chopped (1 c.)
1 Unit Green Bell Pepper cut into Pieces (1 inch)
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Can Lima Bean (17 oz.) drained
1 Can Butter Beans (15 1/2 oz.)
1 Can Kidney Beans (15 1/2 oz.) drained
1 Can Garbanzo Bean (15 oz.) drained
1 Can Water Chestnut (8 oz.) drained
3/4 Cup Ketchup (optional)
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar (optional)
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard (I use Grey Poupon)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce recommended (1-2)
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper (1/4 to 1/2)

Directions:

1. In a 3 quart microwave safe casserole, combine onion, green pepper, garlic and water.

2. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion and pepper are tender; drain.

3. Stir in Lima beans, undrained butter beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, water chestnuts, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

4. Cook, covered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes (low watt oven, 20 to 22 minutes), stirring after every 5 minutes.
