Baked Beef and Rice

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper dried whole
1 1/2 Cups Water boiling
2 Cups Tomato Juice
1 Onion chopped
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Bacon drippings
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Cheddar shredded
1 Cup Rice regular
2 Ounces Olives stuffed sliced

Directions:

1. Saute ground beef, rice, and onion in bacon drippings.

2. Pour off drippings. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.

3. Place in a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly; bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

4. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and continue baking about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
