Ingredients:

7 Eggs at room temperature
1 Pound Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice fresh
4 Pounds Cream Cheese softened
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread butter lightly in a 10-inch - 12- inch springform pan and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs around the mould.

2. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together and beat it, add in the eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt. Mix together.

3. Pour ingredients into buttered pan and place in roasting pan in hot water bath.

4. Bake about 60 to 75 minutes. Decorate with chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce and fruits.
