This is a perfect and simple recipe for the best tasting baked chicken you could ever imagine. There are only a few basic ingredients, and the wait of the oven to get it all done and ready on your dinner table.

Ingredients:

1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil vegetable
1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 Cup White Wine white, dry
1 Chicken Breast whole, broiler/

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F Place the chicken, skinned side up, in a baking dish.

2. Brush oil over the chicken. In a small dish, mix together the rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper.

3. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken. Pour the wine around the chicken in the baking dish.

4. Bake, uncovered, basting frequently with pan juices, for 50 minutes or until the chicken is brown and fork tender.
