Baked Halibut Limone

Ingredients:

3 Pounds Halibut cut into 6 serving pieces
1 Unit Pepper
1 Teaspoon Paprika divided
2 Unit Cloves Of Garlic minced
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs approximately
2 Unit Lemons sliced
1 Tablespoon Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper and paprika.

3. Place fish in a buttered shallow baking dish and sprinkle with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs.

4. Place lemon slices on fish and add water almost to top of fish.

5. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes until fish is firm and crumbs are golden brown.

6. Remove lemon slices, dot with butter and place under broiler until browned.
