Ingredients:

3 Cups Peaches 3 Cups Fresh peaches -- thinly
1 Unit Ice 1 Unit Sliced
2 Cups Milk 2 Cups Milk (evaporated is best)
2 Cups Bread Crumbs 2 Cups Bread crumbs coarse
1 Pinch Salt 1 Pinch Salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar 1 Cup Dark brown sugar packed
2 Unit Eggs 2 Unit Eggs -- beaten
1/4 Cup Sweet Butter 1/4 Cup Sweet butter softened
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon (or more, to taste)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Scald milk, stir hot milk into bread crumbs.

3. Add butter and mix well. Add salt, brown sugar, eggs cinnamon, stir into bread crumb mixture.

4. Fold in peaches. butter a casserole dish, pour in pudding mixture and bake 1 hour.

5. serve with whipped cream, sour cream, ice cream, whatever your heart desires.
