5 Slices White Bread cut into cubes 1 1/2c.
2 Tablespoons Flour plus extra flour for dredging
1 Pinch Salt pepper to taste,
1 Can Crushed Pineapple (large)

2. Fry in 3/4 cup of butter until crisp. Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole.
