An extremely easy recipe in which pork chops are flavored with a simple white wine and paprika marinade. This dish goes well with almost any vegetable or starch.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F Place pork chops in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.2. Combine white wine, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl.3. Pour over pork chops and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until tender. Remove pork chops to a serving platter and hold warm while making sauce.5. Pour pan juices into a small saucepan. Stir in sour cream and heat over medium heat until hot, about 2 minutes; do not boil.
