Baked Pork Chops

An extremely easy recipe in which pork chops are flavored with a simple white wine and paprika marinade. This dish goes well with almost any vegetable or starch.

Ingredients:

6 Pork Chops
1 cup White Wine
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Caraway Seed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper black
8 oz Sour Cream container

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 F Place pork chops in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2. Combine white wine, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

3. Pour over pork chops and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until tender. Remove pork chops to a serving platter and hold warm while making sauce.

5. Pour pan juices into a small saucepan. Stir in sour cream and heat over medium heat until hot, about 2 minutes; do not boil.
