1 Ounce Dry Sherry or Madeira
1 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs (1 sl. white bread)
12 Ounces Sea Scallops cut into half
4 Ounces Butter melted

2. Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter, sherry and crumbs.
