Directions:
1. Cut spare ribs into portions and place in the bottom of a roasting pan.2. Add the sauerkraut, cover the pan and bake at 350-F for 1-1/2 hours.3. Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk and egg.4. Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut. Cover pan tightly and finish baking at 350-F for 30 minutes.
