1 Cup Rum 1 Cup Fine dry breadcrumbs
1 Teaspoon Parsley 1 Teaspoon Parsley flakes (optional)
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon & pepper seasoning
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic powder (scant)
1/8 Teaspoon Oregano 1/8 Teaspoon Oregano dried, crushed
1 Unit Hot Sauce 1 Unit Few drops of hot sauce
1 Unit Paprika 1 Unit Paprika divided
1 Unit Old Bay Seasoning 1 Unit Old Bay Seasoning (or any

1. Shuck and chop clams, strain and reserve liquid.

2. Melt butter. in pan. Add crumbs, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, and hot sauce; mix well.

3. If mix is too dry, moisten with clam liquor.

4. Fill 12 clam shells with clam mix. Sprinkle paprika and crab spice over top.
