Brown and drain sausage. Cook and drain pasta noodles. Coat large (bigger than 2.5 quarts) oven-safe dish with spaghetti sauce. Stir spaghetti sauce into meat, but leave about a cup in the jar. Add meat mixture, cottage cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella to pasta noodles. Mix together. Pour mixture into dish and cover with remaining sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350F.
