1. Mix tomato sauce with oregano and parsley, heat.
2. Slide sausage out of casing, brown until light and crumbled, drain.
3. Combine cottage cheese, nutmeg, salt, pepper and sugar, blending well.
4. Spoon half the sauce in 9x13 casserole, half the Ziti, sprinkle with half of the mozzarella spoon on all the sausage and ricotta mixture.
5. Add remaining Ziti and top with remaining sauce and remaining mozzarella.
6. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 min.
