Cup Vegetable Oil Cup Vegetable oil as needed
1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs 2 Eggs large
2 Cups Bananas 2 Cups Mashed bananas (about 3 med)
2 Cups Chocolate Chips 2 Cups Chocolate chips - bakers semi-sweet
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
2 Cups Flour 2 Cups Flour (00 type)
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda 2 Teaspoons Baking soda level - dissol ved in milk

Directions:

1. 1 cup chopped nuts can be added to the batter.

2. Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, sugar and eggs; stir in bananas and chocolate chips.

3. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into mixture just to moisten.

4. Spoon into 24 greased muffin cups. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
