1 Cup Corn 1 Cup Stone ground corn meal
3 Tablespoons Fresh Dill 3 Tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
4 Ounces Feta Cheese 4 Ounces Feta Cheese (2 ounces)
1 Cup Tomato Sauce 1 Cup Tomato sauce can
1/2 Unit Lemon 1/2 Unit Lemon juice of
1 Unit Pepper 1 Unit Fresh ground black pepper.

1. Boil water and salt.

2. add stone ground corn meal, cook several minutes.

3. Stir in chopped fresh dill and feta cheese. Serve topped with tomato sauce, adjusted as follows: To 1 cup tomato sauce add the juice of 1/2 lemon plus fresh ground black pepper.
