Balsamic Basting Sauce

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Honey (45 ml)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
1/4 Cup Wine Rice Vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar will do)
1. Place honey, ginger, vinegars and soy sauce in tightly lidded jar; shake well to combine.
2. Yield: About 1 cup. NOTES : Balsamic vinegar makes a delicious marinade for grilled eggplant or zucchini.
3. Just a splash mixed with oil and seasonings can add rich flavor as a basting sauce.
4. It stores for up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
