This simple go to recipe is perfect after fall apple picking or a spring or summer gathering. The vinegar and apples have just the right zing and the bananas give it just the right sweetness.


1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg beaten
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 Green Apple
1 Red Apple
1 Yellow Apple
3 Bananas

1. Melt butter in sauce pan, over low heat. Cool.

2. Gradually stir in sugar, egg and vinegar.

3. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool completely.

4. Chop apples and bananas.

5. Pour dressing over fruit and mix gently.
