3 Unit Ripe Bananas (about 1 pound), cut into chunks
1/4 Cup Skim Milk chilled
1/4 Cup Milk Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Allspice ginge

Directions:

1. In blender process: until blended and smooth.

2. Pour into chilled glasses; garnish with bananas slices, if desired.

3. Makes 2 servings Per serving without garnish: 236 calories, 7 grams protein, 0 grams fat, 56 grams carbohydrate Note: For super-thick shake, place in freezer 1 to 2 hours until mixture is semi-frozen; then to drinking consistency with additional skim milk, if necessary.
