Banana Bread

I like this baked in muffin pan. Makes 12 nice muffins.

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
1 cup Canola Oil
2 Bananas mashed
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 cups Flour

Directions:

1. In a separate bowls add lemon juice to milk to sour.

2. Add first six ingredients including soured milk. Mix well, add the next 5 ingredients and mix well again.

3. Add the 2 cups flour one at a time. Grease and flour baking pans.

4. Bake 350 for 1- 1 1/2 hours. 45 min for smaller loaf pans.

Excellent recipe! I substituted brown sugar for white sugar and it worked out well!
