1 Unit Butter 1 Unit Stick butter
2 Unit Eggs 2 Unit Eggs hardboiled
3/4 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Sugar (up to 6)
3 Unit Ripe Bananas 3 Unit Ripe bananas mashed
2 Cups Flour 2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Baking powder plus
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda level - dissol ved in milk
3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon 3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg ground
3/4 Cup Butterscotch 3/4 Cup Butterscotch morsels

Directions:

1. Cream together butter, eggs and sugar.

2. Add bananas. Then add flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend together.

3. Fold in butterscotch morsels. Place in two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes.
