Banana Creme Supreme

24 Unit Graham Crackers approximately 2 cups chopped
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine; melted
1/4 Cup Sugar (up to 6)
1 Package Cool Whip or whipped topping (thawed)
1 Package Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Unit Bananas (very ripe) peeled and mashed
1/3 Cup Pecan toasted

1. Coarsely chop graham crackers.

2. Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar. Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch Springform Pan.

3. Combine whipped topping, pudding and sour cream in bowl.

4. Pour half of filling over the crust. Slice bananas.

5. Layer bananas on top. Pour remaining filling over bananas.

6. Finely chop pecans and sprinkle over top. Sets immediately but can be refrigerated to chill.

7. Yield 10 -12 servings. (This is a REALLY good dessert for unexpected company -- quick and it looks and tastes like you spent a lot of time in preparation).
