These rich, chocolatey cookies give the impression that they took hours to make, but in fact can be made in only a few easy steps, with ingredients that most cooks already have on hand.
1. Combine cake mix, bananas, egg, and water in a bowl.
2. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
3. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheets.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven 8 minutes or until done.
5. Remove from baking sheets; cool on racks. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
