Banana Muffins

Delicious banana muffins that are easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 cup Banana mashed very ripe
1/4 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Milk Item on Sale
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 2/3 cups Baking Mix

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350F. Place cupcake holders in cupcake pan. Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl.

2. Stir in baking mix.

3. Pour into cupcake wrappers.

4. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes.
