Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350F. Place cupcake holders in cupcake pan. Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. 2. Stir in baking mix. 3. Pour into cupcake wrappers. 4. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes.
