If you like Banana Nut Bread, you will love this recipe. It combines the taste of bananas and nuts with the richness and creaminess of cheesecake. Makes an elegant dessert, worthy of special occasions.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Chocolate Wafer
1/4 Cup Margarine Melted
16 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Ripe Banana
2 Unit Eggs
1/4 Cup Walnut
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Margarine or butter soft
2 Tablespoons Water hot

Directions:

1. Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Bake at 350 degrees F, 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and banana, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4. Stir in walnuts, pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F, 40 minutes.

5. Loosen cake from rim;cool before removing rim pf pan.

6. Melt chocolate pieces and margarine with water over low heat, stirring until smooth.
