Banana Walnut Spice Loaf

This quick and easy recipe is great for using up overripe bananas, and can be made with ingredients often already in the house.

Ingredients:

18 oz Spice Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/3 cup Water
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Banana mashed, very ripe
1 cup Walnut chopped
16 oz Chocolate Frosting

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Prepare a 10 x 5 1/2 inch loaf pan.

3. Blend the cake mix, water, eggs, oil, sour cream, and bananas together until moistened.

4. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in the walnuts.

5. Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.

6. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.

7. Cool for 15 minutes.

8. Remove from the loaf pan and cool completely.

9. Frost with the chocolate frosting.
