Ingredients:

2 Cups Sweet Potatoes cooked and mashed

1 Cup Banana Mashed (about 3 med)

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1 Unit Egg separated

1/2 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)

3/4 Teaspoon Curry Powder (up to 1/2)
