Bananas Flambe

Ingredients:
2 Unit Bananas 2 Unit Bananas ripe but not soft
1 Unit Butter 1 Unit Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 3 Tablespoons Brown sugar heaping
1. Take 2 ripe, but not soft bananas and cut in half, then split lengthwise.
2. Melt a few Tablespoons butter over medium heat.
3. Add 2-3 T brown sugar and stir. Add bananas.
4. Cook until fairly warm and starting to soften (about 1 min).
5. . Flip bananas and allow to cook an additional 30 seconds.
6. Add rum (light or dark; dark has more flavor) to taste, and swirl in pan a bit.
7. Allow to thicken slightly, remove from heat and serve.
