For my recipe I have double cream as well (a similar amount to the butter and sugar), but I don't actually bother to measure anything.
I also add raisins soaked in warm rum to plump them up.
I've currently replaced the rum with Cointreau.
I then swirl cream on the bananas and sauce afterwards.

I have made this recipe on table side on a small gas burner and when you move the pan in saute motion and the spark from the bottem of pan will ignite the rum that is my exprience.So people around you would like to order the same thing.
