Ingredients:

2 Pounds Lean Beef boneless
1/2 Cup Water (up to 6)
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
4 Potatoes peeled, cubed
1 Unit Green Bell Pepper slice thinly
1 Unit Celery chopped
1 Unit Yellow Onion sliced thin
3 Unit Carrots peeled and sliced
1 Unit Fresh Parsley
1 Tablespoon Parsley minced
1 Unit Bay Leaf ; small

Directions:

1. Cut round steak into 1-inch cubes.

2. Brown beef cubes over high heat in a nonstick skillet.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet.
