Ingredients:

Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Molasses dark
1 Package Yeast quick-acting
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour preferably organic
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour plus more
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil use a good one
8 Ounces Pork Tenderloins sliced
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard to taste
1 Cup Barbecue Sauce (your favorite)
1 Unit Apple sliced
8 Ounces Provolone Cheese shredded

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F Mix ingredients for base in Bread Maker.

2. Allow to rise for 10-15minutes Punch dough down and into shape for base.

3. Place in oven and bake until firm. In a bowl, toss pork with mustard, sprinkle with marjoram and bake for 15min in oven, Increase oven temperature to 450 F Brush pizza crust with olive oil and top with barbecue sauce, pork, apples and cheese.

4. Bake for 6-7min or until cheese is brown. 6.
