Ingredients:

2 Pounds Halibut filets
1/4 Cup Orange Juice chilled
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce plus 1 teaspoon
2 Tablespoons Ketchup (family size bottle)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
2 Tablespoons Salad Oil or shortening for deep frying
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice depending on the
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano ; crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper red bell
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced

Directions:

1. Cut fish into fillets and place in a single layer in a shallow pan.

2. Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over the fish.

3. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning the fillets once or twice to be sure they are well coated.

4. Grill fish, reserving the sauce to pour over the fillets before serving.
