Barbecue Salmon Steaks With Green Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
4 Unit Salmon Steaks 1 3/4"
1/2 Cup Parsley coarsley chopped
1/2 Cup Chive Roughly chopped
2 Tablespoons Capers minced
2 Tablespoons Onions Chopped
1/2 Cup Olive Oil or lard
1 Tablespoon Lemon or lime juice to taste
1 Unit Egg Hard-boiled
1 Unit Ground Pepper (4oz)

Directions:

1. Combine soy sauce and sugar.

2. Brush each salmon steak with soy sauce mixture.

3. Barbecue on solid plate, turning occasionally until salmon is cooked.

4. Serve hot with Green Sauce. GREEN SAUCE: Place parsley, chives,capers and onion in the bowl of a food processor or blender.

5. Process until finely chopped. Add olive oil, lemon or lime juice and egg.

6. Process until smooth. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
