3 Tablespoons Sugar plus extra for coating
2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard divided
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil for deep-frying
1/2 Teaspoon Vinegar or lemon juice
1 Cup Water or orange juice
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice (or red wine vinegar)
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper seasoned
1/2 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste,
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce to taste
2 Cloves Of Garlic peeled & minced
1 Onion chopped

2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir all until mixed and simmer approx.

3. 1/2 hour. This is an old family recipe. approx.
