Barbecue Sauce - Southern Secret

Ingredients:

6 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard divided
6 Tablespoons Vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt pepper to taste,
1 Quart Ketchup (2 bottles)
5 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce to taste
4 Teaspoons Liquid Smoke (up to 4)
1 Pound Brown Sugar (1 tbsp)

Directions:

1. Heat all ingredients together slowly in a heavy saucepan until it bubbles.

2. Store in a jar and refrigerate. Good on hot dogs, hamburgers.

3. Excellent to use with cooked hamburger meat as barbecue on buns.

4. Use on roast, whole or chopped. Good on deer meat.

5. Brown chicken, brush with sauce; bake in oven.
