Barbecued Chicken And Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Margarine (I prefer butter)
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika divided
1 Unit Celery chopped
3 Cups Pepper * see note
4 Unit Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce (your favorite)

Directions:

1. Mix water, margarine, paprika and celery.

2. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish.

3. Arrange chicken over stuffing. Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken.

4. Bake at 400 degrees fro 35 minutes or until chicken is done.

5. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

6. *note-You can also use one package of Pecan corn bread top of stove stuffing mix instead.

7. Mix vegetable/seasoning packet with water, margarine, paprika and celery.
