Ingredients:

1 Boneless Chicken Breast Fresh Or Frozen, (4 whole breasts)
1 Unit Green Bell Pepper Cut In Strips
1 Onion Cut Into Thick Strip
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Mustard Dry
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (optional)
1 Tablespoon Vinegar (I use lemon juice)
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder to taste
2 Drops Hot Sauce

Directions:

1. Cut chicken breast into 16 chunks and place in a microwave-safe dish.

2. Scatter pepper and onion strips on top of chicken.

3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken and vegetables.

4. Cover and microwave on 70% power for 7 minutes or until chicken is white and tender.
