Barbequed Pork

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce plus 1 teaspoon
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce plus 1 teaspoon
2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine up to 75
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar heaping
1 Tablespoon Honey (45 ml)
2 Teaspoons Red Food Color optional
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon up to 1/2 teaspoon
1 Unit Green Onion cut in half
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic crushed
2 Unit Whole Pork Tenderloins

Directions:

1. Combine soy sauce; wine,sugar,honey, food coloring, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl.

2. Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely.

3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.

4. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place tenderloins on wire rack over baking pan.

5. Bake in preheated 350F oven, turning and basting often with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.

6. Remove pork from oven; cool. Cut into diagonal slices.

7. Makes about 8 appetizer size servings This is very nice served with green onion curls.
