1 Pound Ground Beef lean
1/2 Tablespoon Pepper red bell
3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese cubed
1/2 Tablespoon Celery Seed to taste
1/2 Unit Onion chopped
1/4 Tablespoon Paprika divided
1/2 Unit Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 Cup Milk plus extra
1 Unit Egg beaten
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs dry
1 Tablespoon Salt

Directions:

1. OVEN TEMP: 350 DEGREES MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

2. PLACE IN LOAF PAN. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR 15 MIN. *I LIKE TO FORM THIS IN A BALL AND PLACE IT ON A RACK TO COOK, SO THAT MOST OF THE FAT DRIPS AWAY FROM THE MEAT.

3. THIS MEAT LOAF MAKES GREAT SANDWICHES AND IS FLAVORFUL WHEN COLD.
