Directions:
1. In a food processor with steel blade,combine flour,baking powder,salt and sugar for 3 to 4 seconds.2. Add butter and process to consistency of fine breadcrumbs.3. Alternately,cut butter into dry ingredients with pastry blender or rub in with fingers.4. Store in airtight container in cool,dry place.5.
