4 Ounces Bacon Bits Hormel real bits
1 Unit Carrot thinly sliced
2 Unit Celery thinly sliced
1 Unit Onion coarsely chopped
1 Unit Bay Leaf ; small
2 Unit Cloves Of Garlic
1 Teaspoon Pepper red bell

Directions:

1. Fry the bacon in a large pot and remove.

2. Add the carrot and celery and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

3. Add the onion, bay leaf and whole cloves of garlic.
