2 Cups Flour unsifted
1/2 Cup Water to cover
1/2 Tablespoon Salt (optional)
1/2 Tablespoon Sugar (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix flour, salt (optional), sugar (optional), and water.

2. Using hands or rolling pin, flatten dough on floured cloth until 1/4-inch thick.

3. Score with a knife if desired. Bake on cookie sheet in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
