For all you weight watchers and health conscious, here's a way to continue having those Friday night pizza parties and enjoy it like everyone does. It's€™s a perfect recipe to make those pizza crusts to treat your family and friends.

Ingredients:

4 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour plus
1 Unit Dry Yeast
1/2 Teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 Cups Water

Directions:

1. Makes two 12" pizza crusts.

2. 8 Servings each. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, the yeast and salt.

3. With electric mixer, slowly beat in water; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.

4. With mixer on medium speed, beat in 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes, until dough is stiff.

5. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour. Sprinkle clean work surface with 1/4 cup flour.
