Basil-Garlic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Light Molasses unsulfured
1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper (optional)
3/8 Cup Leaves Basil chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or lard
2 1/4 Tablespoons Garlic
12 Ounces Chicken Breasts boneless

Directions:

1. In small saucepan, heat vinegar to boiling over medium-high heat and cook until reduced by half -- about 5 minutes.

2. Stir in molasses and pepper. Remove saucepan from heat and set aside.

3. Marinate chicken in this marinade. In small bowl, combine basil, oil, garlic and salt.

4. Rub both sides of chicken with basil mix. Place chicken on grill over medium and cook about 8 minutes.

5. Baste with marinade. Turn over and grilled about 6 mintues until done.
