Directions:
1. Wash rice 6 or 7 times (until water runs clear).2. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on med-high heat.3. Stir and cover. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer for approx 16 minutes.4. Remove from heat and place a paper towel over the pot and cover with lid.
