1 Egg beaten with 2 TBL water
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon (up to)
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla or grated peel of One Orange
1 Cup Flour plus extra flour for dredging
1/3 Cup Sugar (or less, to taste)
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter softened
1 Package Cream Cheese softened(8-oz)
1/4 Cup Almond sliced
4 Cups Spaghetti sliced applesPeeled

1. Preheat oven to 450.

2. Cream butter and 1/3 cup sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Blend in vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Spread on bottom and sides of a springform pan.

4. Combine cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar, mixing until well blended.

5. Blend in egg and vanilla. Pour in pastry lined pan.

6. Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon; spoon over cream cheese layer.

7. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

8. Reduce temperature to 400 and continue baking 25 minutes.
