Bay Scallop Stew

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Shallots
2 Tablespoons Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1 Cup Dry White Wine preferably nonalcoholic white wine or vegetable stock
1. Bay Scallop Stew In heavy sauce pan saute shallots in butter, add wine; boil.
2. Lower heat and simmer 2 minutes Add scallops, simmer 5 minutes Add milk, cream and chives.
3. Stir until hot. Do not boil. salt and white pepper.
