Ingredients:

1 Onion finely cut
1 Can Kidney Beans (19 oz), undrained
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder (more to taste)
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Shakes
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (opt)
2 Pounds Ground Beef extra lean --
1/2 Cup Ketchup I use smoky BBQ sauce

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef and onion.

2. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Add kidney beans, garlic powder, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.

4. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on toasted bun and tip with cheese.
