Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch (up to)
1 Cup Water 80 deg,(1/3 cups)
2 Teaspoons Salt pepper to taste,
1 Cup Sugar (or less, to taste)
6 Cups Kidney Beans cooked
1 1/2 Pounds Canned Corn
3 Yellow Onions sliced
2 Teaspoons Mustard Seeds
1 Teaspoon Peppercorns cracked

Directions:

1. Mix beans with corn.

2. Heat vinegar, sugar, onions, salt, mustard seed and pepper to boiling.

3. Cover and cook five minutes. Combine water and cornstarch.

4. Add gradually to vinegar mixture and bring to boil, stirring constantly.

5. Boil one minute and remove from heat. Pour over bean mixture and stir well.

6. Refrigerate at least four hours, stirring occasionally.
